SHIPPING & RETURNS
Absolutely no returns! We Except EXCHANGES ONLY 3 days after receiving products with a Store Credit given with the value of the item in perfect condition shipping will be on the customer. Exchanges on Jewelry are only available if the shrink wrap is still on the product. NO RETURNS on hair, wigs, undergarments, swimwear, and shoes.
You may exchange merchandise within 3 days of receipt of purchase.
The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.
Because items are coming from various States And Countries shipping will take up to USA 2-6 Days / Other Countries Up To 2 weeks.
We do not make exceptions to this policy.
Orders placed after 4pm CST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. Any order placed after 3pm CST will be processed on the following business day.
We ship via USPS and a third-party vendor in Europe. All options are provided via checkout.
